We take great pride in being able to offer apprenticeship opportunities for both school leavers and adult apprentices. We see it as a chance for the next generation coming into the construction industry to bring new skills and ideas into the company. Training is provided on site, but also with reputable organisations such as the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) or local education facilities such as Forth Valley College.

Upon completion of their apprenticeship, employees are given the opportunity to mentor new apprentices joining Haldane Construction, allowing them to be a guide and pass on the knowledge they have gained along the way.

We understand that career progression is important, which is why we provide many avenues for growth and development. Our partnership with Esteem Training, a reputable member of the Federation of Master Builders (FMB), allows those that wish to progress further into management or senior roles further develop their skills.

To allow us to grow as a company we believe it is vital to understand our team. We make it a priority to understand their career goals and objectives from the outset and how this aligns with the business strategy. Our employees are kept updated regularly on how the business is progressing, and how they can grow with us.
