Our management team have over 70 years’ experience in all fields of construction and have worked together for the last 15 years. They are fully accredited and hold some of the highest levels of qualifications in construction management and leadership including chartered status.
Peter joined Haldane Construction in 2007 and rose from site supervisor to become the Managing Director and Leader. With extensive experience in construction, he holds a SCQF Level 11 qualification in Senior Strategic Construction Management & Leadership.
Since taking ownership in 2020, Peter has strengthened the company by fostering a people-first culture and implementing non-negotiable core values for sustainable, high-performance, accountable, and trustworthy operations for clients.
Alan has been part of the team since 2010 and holds a SCQF Level 10 in Construction Management. Starting out with us as a newly-qualified joiner, he has since built his skills and wealth of knowledge to work his way up to his current role.
As Operations Manager, he is responsible for the day-to-day management of our projects, ensuring budgets, timelines and quality targets are being met. Alan’s drive and passion to develop himself, the business, and the team is evident to anyone that meets him.
Anna-Marie joined Haldane construction in 2020. She is highly skilled in all areas of administration and business management ensuring the business and the employees are kept on track at all times.
Alex joined as an apprentice in 2018 and now serves as a Construction Supervisor. With a SCQF Level 6 in Construction Supervision, he excels in overseeing projects, demonstrating leadership, organisational skills, and a commitment to quality and safety.
